1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pk665 website, mobile web interface, and all related services accessible at pk665.app.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the pk665 Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your pk665 Account denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Game" means any casino game, slot game, live dealer product, or other entertainment product made available on the pk665 Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a Game or sporting event through the pk665 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives awarded to your Account under a promotion.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within your pk665 Account settings.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering an Account with pk665, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which your participation on the pk665 Platform is prohibited or restricted;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of pk665 or any of its affiliated software or service providers.

pk665 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, pk665 may suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals pending verification, and void any winnings generated during the unverified period in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the pk665 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts ("Multi-Accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your pk665 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify pk665 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.

pk665 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pk665 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk665 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party network fees (including blockchain transaction fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals) may apply and are the responsibility of the User.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same Account holder, except where pk665 expressly approves an alternative method in writing;
• pk665 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request;
• Where Bonus Funds have been credited to your Account, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be made;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your pk665 Account at the time of the request;
• pk665 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, pk665 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives to registered Account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated. General bonus conditions applicable to all pk665 promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be claimed by any individual acting in a professional, systematic, or coordinated capacity to exploit promotional terms;
• pk665 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Where a bonus has been credited in error, pk665 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings generated from it;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless pk665 expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

6. Gaming Rules

All Games available on the pk665 Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on pk665:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk665 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in specific circumstances outlined in the relevant sport or game rules (e.g., match abandonment);
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a Game session, pk665's server records shall be the definitive record of the game outcome. Where a technical fault prevents a game from completing normally, any affected bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Account Balance at pk665's sole discretion;
• pk665 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or conditions that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("Palpable Error"), regardless of whether such bets have been confirmed and settled. In such cases, the original stake shall be refunded to the Account holder.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk665 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Game for financial gain;
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent promotional limits, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk665 staff, agents, or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk665 Platform – including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and audio-visual materials – is the proprietary intellectual property of pk665 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of pk665 beyond a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk665 Platform without the prior written consent of pk665.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk665 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pk665 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk665's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their pk665 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk665 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

pk665 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk665 Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in, place bets, or deposit funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pk665 Platform. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months. To request self-exclusion, contact pk665 support at [email protected].

11. Account Suspension & Termination

pk665 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pk665;
• A court order, regulator instruction, or applicable law requires it.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any pending investigation or legal hold.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pk665 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with, and governed by, the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pk665 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk665, you agree to first attempt resolution through pk665's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team at [email protected]. pk665 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body or arbitration service designated by the applicable regulatory authority under whose licence pk665 operates.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk665 will provide notice to registered Account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Your continued use of the pk665 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.
